– All items are dispatched within 2 working day of cleared payment.

– Items send via Royal Mail Standard delivery are aimed to be delivered in 3-5 working days.

– We do not update tracking information on customer’s portal, if your item does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact us for tracking number.

– Combine Postage Discount does not apply on products which comes with FREE postage OR it doesn’t fall in same weight tariff.

– Items purchased on Friday are dispatched on Monday.

– For payments through card, B2B customers should only use business/commercial credit or debit cards for their orders. EMK Sports Ltd does not accept any liability if a business order is paid by personal credit/debit card.

Order Cancellation:

– Customer can cancel their order before the item status is marked as dispatched.

– Customer gets full refund including postage cost if order is cancelled before dispatch.

– Customers placed order from our website can cancel order from their login area with the email used for their purchase. Alternatively please send us cancellation request to our email.

– Customers placed order from our Mobile Application can cancel their order from “My Orders” section of the app.

– Customer placed order via eBay needs to send cancellation request on eBay portal.

– Orders cannot be cancelled if the item is dispatched and/or is picked up by courier.

– If item is processed by our warehouse and is marked as dispatched, Return/refund policy will apply.

Return/Refund Policy:

– UK: We offer 14 DAYS return starting from delivery date, on all items, No Questions Asked.

– International: We offer 14 DAYS return starting from the delivery date, on all items, No Questions Asked.

– Postage Cost is not refundable.

– Buyers pays for the return postage.

– No returns accepted after 14 days and/or product is used.

– Please include invoice with the your return, this will help us track and process your refund/replacement quickly.

Exchange Policy:

Damage Claims:

– If you item arrived is damaged, please report us within 48 hours of delivery.

– Report the damaged item with images to [email protected] and our customer service will assist you with the process.

– If damage is result of transit, claim will be made through Royalmail or DHL and compensation may take upto 15 working days.
